Hi, so I know A1864 is the iphone 8 plus & A1863 is the iphone 8.

I want to know which UNLOCKED iphone 64gb (sprint, att, simfree) to purchase from the US stores which will be one of the 2 above?

A1863 is the Sprint and Verizon iPhone 8 (Global)

1863 and 1864 are both the Verizon and sprint models.

Sprints are locked unless you buy it full price from the Apple store.
