First iPhone was the original iPhone, 8GB. I got it refurbished through AT&T through posts on Slickdeals for $249, and used iPlus (Super old software) to unlock it on firmware 1.1.4 to use on T-Mobile.

I loved it because I was still in high school then and my friends all looked at me with envy because they all had Motorola RAZRs and free flip phones. Now, I look at all my friends and they all have an iPhone 4. I felt like I was part of the elites in high school. :) Just kidding.

I liked it when not everyone had an iPhone, the main reason was I could tell when mine ringed. Until we got custom ringtones just about everyone used the same one, it's about the same with text tones seems like everyone uses the same two.

While I have used apple products nearly my whole life. My Sprint iPhone 4 will be my First. I stuck it out with Sprint as they have always treated me great and I get a 23% discount from my employer.

I went with the 4 and not the 4s Since I neither play games or play music on the go.

Currently still on contract with my Droid Incredible. The 6th gen iPhone will be my first.

I bought the original on the day it was released. Just happened to get lucky and not have to stand in line at my local Apple store. Already had an AT&T account so it went really fast and smooth.

I've owned very model since then, with the exception of the 4S which I will NOT be buying. I'm not impressed... and besides I have two new laptops, a MBA and a MBP. I'm busy setting those up, and having fun, as well as getting work done.

Next up for me is the iPhone model that follows.

Some will think I'm strange but waited so long for the 5 and 4s came out so decided to get a 4 as i will be getting the 5 no doubt. Did not see the benefits in Siri for me plus as i will be getting the 5 so was no bothered, not really one to follow fashion. Walked into the apple store in regent street today and picked up a 16g white iPhone 4.
Besides when I'm on the bus who going to know if its a 4 or 4s. unless i talk to Siri, which in the uk i need to be careful in certain Areas before pulling out any iPhone in public.

After the novelty wears of i can't see most people not using Siri, The A5 processor will not make a difference to me as i don't game. The Ip4 is great /fast on 3g via vodafone so I'm happy. My brother has Muscular dystrophy so i think the ip4s might be good for him, so might pick one up for him, as his life is very difficult.

The 4S ... ! :D

Goodbye, not-so-incredible HTC Incredible. It was mediocre while it lasted.

I remember being able to walk into the AT&T store & pick up the first gen no problem only a couple weeks after it was released. Everyone at school (in eighth grade at the time) thought I was so cool!

Ever since then I've been hooked on Apple. :)

I went from a Motorola KRZR to an iPhone back in 2008, and I've been pretty faithful ever since.
