so after lots of worrying, it looks like I’ll have three identical Iphone Xs arrive today (all 64GB silver). But I need to return two of them - which should I keep.
1) sim free bought from Carphone warehouse - have it in my house right now. £999
2) contract from Carphone Warehouse. £939 up front and £20pm for 26GB on Vodafone - only a 12 month contract. Reasonable price plan, 12 months gives me flexibility, and it’s £60 less than the sim free..
3) contract with Vodafone - £150 up front then £57.80 per month for two years. Almost certainly returning this one - was really just a safety net in case CPW screwed up
For context I’m currently paying £17.50 for 8GB sim only on Vodafone. I also have my eye on a £16 sim only contract for 16GB (plenty for me) with Spotify sub paid for 12 months.
