Which is the best/easy Jailbreak for iP4 4.0.1

Can some one please let me know which is the best jailbreak for iP4 4.0.1. I'm looking to Jailbreak and wait for the unlock.

Are there any advantages of using one over the other. I'm looking to Jailbreak the phone so that i can be ready when the unlock is released for BB 02.10.04.

2.10.04 can't be unlocked. Only 1.59.00 can be on the iPhone 4.
