One has a faster drive (SSD vs. hybrid) and the other, a better CPU.

Which is the "faster" computer?

The second one has a faster GPU as well. I'm not a fan of the 1 tb fusion drives due to their small SSD portion though. However with new Macs I would want to wait to verify the ssd portion size on all the fusion drives to make sure nothing was changed up.
