I am right handed but almost always use my left hand for one-handed use (maybe subconsciously to keep my dominant hand free to do stuff?)

Made me curious what the rest of the forum does:
- Which hand is your dominant hand?
and
- Which hand do you use when using your phone one-handed?

Thanks for your replies :)

Same with me. Dominant right, but keep my iPhone 5S (soon to be 6) in my left pocket. I end check mail, text, etc with my left pretty often.

I'm exactly the same way. I was actually thinking about this topic yesterday.

I'm right handed, but can use my phone with either hand with no problem for the most part. The only exception would be one-handed typing, which I prefer to do with my right hand.

Im left handed and keep my phone in left pocket. Hold with left hand when using it and type.... with my right hand.

I'm mostly right handed, but there are some sports where I do better as a lefty. I tend to use my iPhone with both (though I find the "back" gesture easier to use with my right hand)

I'm right handed but I wouldn't say 50/50, It's more like 65/35 favoring my right hand.

Just found this thread. With phones getting much bigger in size since 2014 I wonder if answers might differ now.

I’m a right hander but I use it in my left hand, though it’s not easy to use it one handed so I mostly have to tap at the screen with my right hand. its impossible for me to use the 11 one handed without constant hand gymnastics to shift the position of the phone

The SE isn’t too bad. I also have an otterbox symmetry with an integrated pop socket which helps.

I’m right handed, but I use my phone with my left hand (browsing, talking, etc.). I even drive with my left hand because I used to change the radio station, cassette/CD tracks, and the climate control with my right hand (before steering wheel-mounted controls).

Bicycling with my dominant hand on the bars just works better! And actually true in almost any other daily activity. Can look at maps or fuss with music with my other hand fine. Only exception for me is in a car where the phone is plugged in to my right (dominant hand) so I use it where it is. Keep in left pocket, so seldom switch hands.
