Which laptop is better?

They're the same price.

The only difference I see is: the 2.8 has 2 USB ports and the 2.66 has 3 USB ports.

What else am I missing?

I find that the 3rd USB port on my 17" comes in handy. Unless you really need that minor difference in CPU speed, I'd go for the 2.66.

Since they're both 15s, I think they both only have two USB ports and that's actually a typo.
