I've been disabling launch daemons with iCleaner Pro. So far no errors...but I can't tell if this really helps, or is just asking for trouble. My battery life has been lower, and my phone has been warm, which may be totally unrelated.

Very interested: anyone else doing this? What do you disable? How has it been working?

I personally believe the day of this being a useful tweak (disabling Launch Daemons- not iCleaner itself) left after the advent of the 4S.

I don't see any upside to shutting some down and only see some harm should you do so improperly.

Yeah like an idiot it disabled a few launch dameons and iTunes or my computer couldn't read my phone anymore, had to restore.

I noticed a marginal battery increase with a bunch of daemons removed. Also noticed less CPU usage.

This was on a 4S.
