Which Lead do I need?

Hi there

I have an EIZO SX2762W monitor that has the following connectors:
DVI-D connector
DisplayPort connector
Mini DisplayPort connector

I want to connect it to my new MBP 15” 2017 model.

Which would be the right lead to buy?

A cable that converts USB-C to any of those connections.

USB-C to DisplayPort will probably be the most readily available out of the bunch.
