Which looks better? Old Air vs New Air?

I personally think the old air aesthetically looks better with all ports closed off and sealed away for a clean, minimal look.

It looks especially good in lower / dim light, with its keyboard lit up nicely by the standard, on-board backlight. 😀

The port-door made it look flimsy. I like the new Air better, but did they really gain much with the wedge shape?

Actaully I would say older one is more beautiful and stunning... while its price is not consumer-friendly

while the newer generation has one huge advantage- price, which will ensure its success over previous generation

the new one looks better but with the ommittance of the backlit keyboard and the sleep light it makes me think

I will have to side with the old design too, I think ergonomically the wedge makes more sense in all sorts of ways but the tapering edges of the original one is to me a design classic. The new one's pretty close too, but not a classic.
