OP, buy the model that better suits your needs, not for what may or may not sell in the future.
I think both will be equal in value for the most part, so if you want a dGPU then get the 2012 model. Me, I'd get the 2013, faster better iGPU. I think newer is generally better.
I wouldn't buy any laptop that I knew I'd be selling in a year. That's a short time and you'll lose money on the deal. Why not spring for the best model you can possibly get and keep it for a while?
thanks for all your reply's guys, but i ended up going with the late 2013 and i just got it,but heres the best part i got it with 16 gb ram rather than 8gb 🙂🙂 contacted apple because i didn't want to cheat and they said that i can keep it 😎 <3
