I iphonematt Guest Feb 3, 2009 #2 It depends on what you will be doing. If you plan on doing video or audio editing, you will probably want the faster drive, but if need more storage space, then get the larger slower drive. Don't they offer a 320GB 7200rpm option as well?

A amoda macrumors 6502a Feb 3, 2009 #4 Well if you don't need the additional space that puts the 320Gb out of the picture pretty easily. The 7200 won't cause a lot more heat than the 5400, minimal variation really.
