So i got the mac mini (i7) and am totally impressed with speed and stability. Which is amazing considering it doesnt have a dedicated graphics card.
Now i want something more portable.
I see 3 options and i just cant figure out which to pick.
15 inch non retina
I love the fact that i can upgrade to 16gb and whatever size of ssd i want. Even upgrade to 1tb.
But, no retina. 🙁
15inch retina base
Only 8gb, only 256gb 🙁
But it has retina.
15 inch top model
16gb, 500gb ssd storage is enough.
And retina. Great!
But seriously. WAY TO EXPENSIVE
I could afford any of these but i cant deside.
90% will be fcpx editing, colorgrading. So which will it be? No clue. I just cant grasp which factor is most important. Storage capabilities, retina or price. Anybody got any advice?
Ps. I dont do after effects. 3d effects etc.
