Which MBP is better for me the 2.6 or 2.8 model???

I'm trying to decide between the 2.6 and 2.8 models. There is only a 250 dollar difference. I would mainly be using it for college and playing games. I would like to play Sims 3, Assassins Creed 2(when it comes out), and COD. So which one fits me best.

Both have the same video card and ram, so the only differences are 200 mhz in the processors and a slightly bigger hd in the higher model. I doubt you'd tell a difference between the two.

I think you should buy the best one you can afford as with the new, more demanding, games you will need all the processor speed you can get.

THe question is 6mb L2 cache vs 2 and 256mb VRAM vs 512mb

Okay, I looked on macworld's benchmarks of the new systems. The 2.66 has a quake 4 frame rate of 69.9 and the 2.8 has a frame rate of 77.1.
