Which memory slots should I use for my iMac??

Just got the text message telling me that my new 2019 iMac is in the store waiting for me.
I'm ashamed to admit that I way over-bought. It's a problem I have.
Got the 3.6GHz 8-core i9 processor with a 2TB SSD

I've ordered 64GB (2x32) of OWC ram from MacSales.com.

Unless I'm mistaken the 8GB of ram that comes with the machine will be in slots 0 and 3.
Here's my question:
Do I leave the two 4GB sticks where they are and install the two 32GB sticks in 1 and 4 or do I do the opposite? Does it make any difference?

I inserted into free slots and do not think it makes a difference assumed you get the banks right.

Just put them in the open slots, doesn't matter.

Matching pairs in alternating slots is the correct configuration, exactly as Apple ships it.
