I’d actually probably see the lineup without the standard 13 and 14 Plus, but keeping the 13 mini around.iPhone 11 was discontinued last year, assumed this was world-wide. So it would make sense if iPhone 12 was dropped this year. And maybe 13 mini and some higher storage configurations of 13. 14 Pro (Max) should also disappear as it does every year. SE is also still being sold, but that's usually on a different cycle.
SE - 13 - 14 - 14 Plus - 15/Plus/Pro/Pro Max

So -
SE - 13 mini - 14 - 15/Plus/Pro/Max
I don’t really think it makes sense to have both the standard 13 and 14 since they’re very similar. And then the 14 Plus and 15 Plus together in the lineup. They’re still selling the 12, so that’s why I can see the 13 mini staying another year as long as they’re not replacing it with another mini.
That would be my guess as well. The 12 definitely. I would say the 13 line is likely to be dropped aside from the Mini.
13 mini/ 14/iphone 15 line/ Se
As 13 and 14 are more or less identical, they should not keep both around the same time.
So maybe SE, 12, 14 and of course all the new ones will be your only options.
