Which one would you choose: Apple or Samsung

If you could choose one company as the "center of your electronics universe", which would it be?

This is a very hard decision for me, which is why I made this thread!

I would probably go with Apple, but Samsung makes amazing home appliances and TVs.

If you had to choose one company to run your life, which would you choose?
 
If we're talking the whole house right now its Samsung because Apple doesn't make appliances. Until Apple makes a fridge, dishwasher, etc they could never win that argument at a basic level. That doesn't mean I prefer their mobile devices or computers though.
 
I don't own any Samsung products, but that's not because I hate or avoid them...I'd say Apple though. Things like TV's I tend to buy on spec and price rather than brand, although I avoid Sony like the plague.....I currently have a Toshiba Regza smart TV in the living room, got it at a ridiculous price because they mis labeled it in the store....I didnt even know what I had until I got it home.

Things like domestic stuff I just sort of buy without really knowing much about them....it's worked well so far....:)

Yes, this one.

I don't feel like i'm giving Samsung money buying apple products but I wouldn't specifically go out my way to purchase a Samsung product.
 
Samsung because it pretty much makes any home appliance/electronic device an ordinary person would need. My Mac and iPhone are nice but they're not going to clean my socks or be a display for my playstation.
 
Samsung. I'm pretty sure I could live without Apple products (hell, I have all my life) in exchange for the ability to do laundry, use a fridge, etc.
 
Neither for my home appliances etc. I have other makes and models that take care of that for me, I can say I don't have a single piece of Samsung equipment in my house. Doesn't mean they haven't made a piece or two for one of my appliances though.

Agreed.

I chose electronics and appliances based on which brand/model best suits my needs and budget. I would never blindly buy one brand across the board.
