Which Power Adapter?

I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2018, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports) with basic Intel Iris Graphics.

I've lost my original power adapter. Which should I buy? Apple sells a 30W, 61W, and 87W USB Type-C power adapters.
