which programs are currently running in the dock?

is there an easy way to find out which programs are running rather then pressing CMD+tab?

Programs running have a little black triangle under their icons, or to the left or right depending on where you have your dock placed.

the little triangles under each app's icon is usually a pretty good indicator 😀

ps: if u cant see them, there are mods to change their color to make 'em more visible 😛
