So i just got my 3g iphone today :). I was thinking of getting a screen protector. I have never owned a protective shield before and i wanted to get some advice. I was looking at the invisible shiled, bodyguardz and ghost shield. I would like the clearest one. Thanks

I ordered ZAGG's Invisible Shield. It seems to be the best around here.

I would only put those on the back.
If you want the screen protected and feeling/acting just like the glass - get the Power Support Crystal Shield from the Apple Store.

Installed it on the front and back and easily the best protection out there, gives you the "nude" feeling and keeps the form factor and looks in place. 16g White rocks!

I received my InvisibleShield yesterday. I must say, it's great to be able to fully protect the iPhone, without losing the great form factor. Also, it adds some 'grip' to the iPhone, to reduce the risk of dropping it. I would highly recommend it! :)

+1 on the Power Support Crystal. I have used it several times on different iPhones. I think it is the best. I am thinking of going with the ZAGG product for the back, but not the screen.

If you haven't already ordered from Zagg...go with BodyGuardz instead. They are actually shipping orders about as soon as you place your order. I ordered mine on the 10th and it shipped on the 11th...should be here Tuesday (it's with FedEx in Salt Lake City right now). Whether or not I'll have my iPhone by then is anyone's guess.

For me, ordering on the 8th from Zagg...that meant my shipment date was pushed back to like July 25th. They just can't keep up with demand apparently.

Not only will you get better shipping but you get two covers instead of one. Both places offer free replacements and a 30 day money back guarantee but at least with BodyGuardz you have a second chance to put on your film without having to contact the company again.

Plus it got a slightly better review from iLounge.

how does the front invisibleshield feel? it says it makes the back not as slippery so does it do the same for the front? i obviously want less tension on the screen than on the back.

Yeah. I too ordered my bodyguardz shield, front and back, last night. It was shipped this morning, coming to me in NY. hopefully I get it before wednesday night (I'm off to Italy). The rep said I should.

I also read good reviews on bodyguardz being better than invisibleShield.
