I have said it before many times that I use Samsung though I pay extra for the premium. OWC, Crucial, G.Skill, and others are all fine brands.

I just had a bad experience with PNY, I would avoid that brand. My friend recommended crucial since thats what he has.

Depending on your use, looking at the timing of the RAM might be important; this have to do with performance and not compatibility.

Does the voltage matter? One is 1.5v and the other 1.35v...
Both are listed as working with your computer... I don't quite get the voltage difference either but apparently it doesn't matter.

The timings of these are the same, no neither is faster than the other.

Personally I'm partial to Crucial, but in part that's probably just brand loyalty at this point. I've bought many sticks from them add all performed well so I keep buying sticks from them.

So looking to add more ram to my 21.5 iMac 12,1 and was looking at getting two 8GB sticks...

Looking at crucial.com here...http://www.crucial.com/store/mpartspecs.aspx?mtbpoid=B61514CBA5CA7304

and owc here...http://eshop.macsales.com/item/Other%20World%20Computing/1333DDR3S16P/

Not sure why there is much pricing difference and don't see any reason from looking at either specs...

Am I missing something???
You are not missing anything. OWC has made an entire business out of convincing people their products are somehow specially made for Macs and that justifies the price premium. It is just not true. RAM is a commodity. Get whatever is cheapest that meets your specs.
