Which RX 480 is not compatible with the Mac Pro.

With Mohave not supporting the ATI 5770, I will probably buy a cheap RX 480.

I remember asking this but I can't seem to find it anymore, there is a particular
make of the RX 480 that is not compatible.... was it the PowerColor or something?

I cant remember if it was powercolor or XFX....But I can confirm i have a reference Sapphire RX480 running OK in my mac pro.

I'm using a standard mini 6pin to 6 pin power cable but there are reports of possible spikes in the power draw from this card so it may be prudent to use a dual mini 6pin to 6pin power cable.
