The Power Support screen protectors used to include a screen-sized sticker that removes any dust before installing the actual protector. I think the Mime glass protectors come with something similar. Does anyone know of any other brands that include an anti-dust film?

If you mean a sticker to make the dust stick to, use tape. May to a little longer but it's cheaper. What I do is when I replace my screen protector I use the old one as a sticker to get the dust off.
Spigen Include An Alcohol Swab and some Dust Removal Stickers.
Last Time I used a power support (iPhone 4), they too used a sticker that you laid over your phone before the install.
