Which SD Card Speed for MBPr Early 2013

I want a SD card that can transfer fast to my MBP using built in slot. I see that there are 280MB/s SD cards available. Can my built in SD card slot make use of all that speed? If not which speed is best to buy?

If you don't mind, share your results please. I believe it should be USB 3 speeds.
