Which software to be on for best possible jailbreak

I understand for the 4 it would be 5.0.1..but what about the 4s?
I'm currently on 5.0 but would it be a good idea to upgrade to the newest 5.0.1 that was just released by apple since its pretty much open?

I only have the 4s..I thought I couldn't save anything via tiny umbrella for 5.0
