Which TB3 10GBE Adaptor?

I am looking to get a 10GBE adaptor to interface with my newly upgraded 10GBE ethernet network! But it looks like there are two equal options:

Is there any difference between these two I am missing? Chipsets/heatsinks? Build quality? Or is it basically up to which has a color I like more?

I’m guessing they’re both probably built in the same factory inChina.
