I have a dilemma, I find myself always switching between 4 different apps on my Mac & iOS devices. So I turn to everyone for advice and some pros and cons.
Todoist, Things 2, 2Do & Meistertask are the 4 apps that are in question here. I always switch between them because I can't deice on any one of them and have been doing it for 2 years now. But this is 2017 and I want to settle on one finally. I use the apps for both personal & business use.

If you need the billing and extensive collaboration features available in Meistertask then perhaps settle on that, otherwise Things is rock solid. I'd suggest Wunderlist for reliability and collaboration but that would only add to your dilemma. I think you highlight an issue experienced by others over a range of apps; spoilt for choice but the individuals 'ideal' never seems to be available in one package. Would be interested to know the reasons for the final choice.

I had the same post in Reddit this past week and after watching some videos on youtube and reading some reviews, I have decided to settle on 2Do. It's more advanced than Todoist and uses less resources on the Mac because it's a native app and not a Webview like Todoist is...
