Which UPS for your Mac?

Hi,

I wondered if anyone is using an uninterruptible power supply with their macs and hard drives so when the power cuts for a couple of seconds you don't lose your work?

If so what are you using and can you recommend?
 
My friend speaks about how he likes a CyperPower.
