Which USB Bluetooth adapter works well with M1 mini?

I am having problems with the built in BT adapter so I want to try an external/USB one, but it looks like not everyone is compatible with Mac. Does anyone know of a good 5.0 BT adapter which works well with Mac? Thanks

Turn off WiFi

Unplug all usb

Follow whichever does the trick

If that’s WiFi, give 5.0 it’s own name and don’t connect to 2.4

I need both the Wifi and USB devices, I am using a USB 3 Dock and I can't avoid the 2.4Ghz band because my daughters' Nokia phones don't detect the 5GHz 🙁

After some research I found this BT dongle that is compatible with Macs and I have seen it confirmed by several people on Amazon etc, so I ordered one https://hideez.com/products/hideez-dongle

I couldn't find a 5.0 that was confirmed to work with Mac by multiple sources 🙁
