Hi, I bought an Anker USB-C to HDMI 2.0 adapter less than two years ago. Have used it with Thinkpads and MBP 16". Recently, when connected to a projector in a classroom, the projector kept turning on and off. I thought it were the problem with the projector so I tried it in another classroom. The projector blinked once but no issue for 10 minutes. Tried to connect to a 4K TV at home and the TV also kept blinking. Does that mean the adapter is failing?

I want one that supports 4K HDR at 60Hz. In Apple Store, there is the Belkin USB-C to HDMI adapter and the Apple USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter. Which is better?

The Apple part doesn’t do 4k@60Hz. I cannot speak about the other one.

I think it does. Are you talking about the same thing?

This brings to the definition of 4K. When do we talk about 3840x2160 and when do we talk about 4096x2160?

The other does support 4096x2160 at 60Hz with HDR HDCP 2.2

Does the Apple one support HDR with HDCP 2.2? There is no mention on the product page.
