So I have a 12.9 on 9.2 that i eventually plan on jailbreaking just to remove literally everything because the only apps I use are noteability and safari.

Should i just JB it and getit over with or is there a solid reason i should go to 10? I havent heard what the new iOS does for the iPP

If you use iWork, you'll need to update to 10 in order to install the latest version. The number of apps that will require 10 will probably grow quickly.
