yeah same here but most of the time foxfire takes a longer time to load. drives me nuts when it does that. so safari is the one i use all the time.

Safari as the standard, and Camino as the "I-never-really-use-it-but-it's-there-just-in-case" alternative.

No particular reason why, but I used it when I first got the Mac and how I'm used to all of its quirks and shortcuts, etc....so why stop?

Firefox most of the time. Not sure exactly why, but it seems to flow with me the best.

I only use Safari to troubleshoot a website I have trouble getting to render properly.

Lately, I've been using Omniweb a lot. I liked it well enough to yak up the $14.95 license fee, after trying it out.

Fast? yep, it is. Totally OS X native. Best feature: The abiltiy to set preferences for each site you visit. The ad blocking is wonderful. It doesn't have that "Cross platform" feel of Firefox. Firefox is a great browser, but I prefer a totally OS X native app whenever possible.

Not perfect though. Some scripts do seem to have issues. I have been using it for four months, and it has crashed twice. Not bad at all, but Safari has never crashed at all.

The Tabs feature on Omniweb takes a little getting used to. The Google search bar cannot be resized on demand, as it can with Safari.

So, not perfect, but still a great browser. I'd suggest using the trial version, and see what you think. Nothing ventured, nothing lost.

This thread made me go download new Camino+FireFox(had 2.0.0.3,and downloaded a FF 2.0.0.4), Shira 2.0, Sunrise and Flock

I hate everything Mozilla-based, and always have. Way back when I lived with my parents, my Dad would insist on using Firefox on the home PC. I can't stand it and head straight back to Explorer every time. As for Macs, well Safari is perfectly adequate in my mind.

I use firefox mostly because of adblock, but I also occasionally us Safari, and I have opera on the computer but I never use it.

Playing with Shiira, and the Expóse like tab look is pretty cool....however their is a slow down(for me) if I have more then 3 tabs open. Also the tab bar is quite large, because you see a preview of each tab. But you can get change that...which is nice.

All of these browser have taken large steps in a new direction since I last used them. Flock seems far more dated....basicly the same as last time. FF seems similar , even the Alpha of FF 3 doesn't seem very special.

using netscape 9 for now, mainly firefox

I like to use newest/experimental/innovative browsers, safari is just too ancient, I can't use a browser that is 2 years old and with no any update.

also, extensions are another thing that opera/safari/camino lack of,

finally, Im using several different OSes, camino/safari don't meet my needs.

Camino for now :D Used to use Safari but certain sites weren't compatible with it so I was forced to launch firefox for those. Firefox took ages (in comparison to Safari) to launch so hated it :p Now Camino is a nice in-between and I love it haha

Wow... I am so on the same page.

Use Safari at home, firefox if there is an issue, but that's very rare.

Firefox in the office as that's all I can use, except Explorer, but the new layout scares me.
