The Land of Hope and Glory
I'm looking to try and get fit and would like to start using Apple Fitness. I live in a small one room bedsit and I can't go out for various reasons so I'm looking to do weights and other exercises you can do either standing, sitting or lying down. I'm very weak so to start with I'd only need very light weights.

Any hints and tips appreciated :D.
 
The only weights used in the videos are dumbells. Get 2.5kg and 5kg weights to start and go from there.
