Which widget?

Hi,

I have finally got my MacBook and I wanted to keep an eye on temperatures etc. Can anyone tell me the widget that allows me to see temperatures and fan speeds etc in the top bar on the screen?

Also, I'd appreciate it if you can tell me where to get it from.
