Which windows laptop has the best trackpad late 2016?

Hi,

The touchpad is the main reason I stick with Apple. I won't use a computer that doesn't have as great of a touchpad. Which windows laptops are just as good? XPS 13? Surfacebook?
How good are they compared to the mac's trackpad?

If they perform equally well, then I'm interested in switching due to the underwhelmed by the latest macbook pros and overwhelmed by the price.

The surface book has probably the best Windows trackpad and most of the time I'd say it's pretty close to the Apple ones. However, I still find it not quite as smooth operating and it does lag occasionally.
