Hi :) I bought this refurbished computer, which has Mac OS X 10.5, Leopard PowerPC G4,1.42 GHz, Single Core,512 MB, and 80 GB hard drive. I'm told it can probably use an Airport Express card #A1026. Is this correct? And, I was also told I would have to plug in the antenna. Anything else to get? (I already have a Netgear Router #WGR614)

Thank you very much :)

Yes, Airport Extreme A1026 is proper for this machine.
You can use USB wifi instead.

I'd recommend RAM upgrade too. Give it max i.e. 2GB RAM for maximum possible performance under Leo.

Thank you for your reply :) Hugs.

I totally forgot to mention: it is an Emac. Does that change anything? -Is this still okay? And, can I really use a usb wifi given that it's an older computer?

Does it need an external antenna if I use a USB wifi?

If you use a USB wifi adapter, the device itself is that antenna/receiver. Try and go for the card if you can. The software for USB adapters can be fiddly depending on the brand.
