Which would you choose?

OK, I am due a new MacBook from work and at present, I have two options: Wait for the base model new 13" MacBook Pro (based on reported configuration) or a hand me down barely used Core i7 15.4" MacBook Pro.

Thoughts?

It boils down to do you want a 13" or 15" screen. And nobody can answer that question for you. You have a 13" now. Are you happy with the size?

To answer the question you posed, I'd get the new 13", but only because I don't want a 15"!
