White Cydia (did search already)

Finally updated to 501 on IP4 attempted JB w RS .9.10b2 and got a white cydia


heres what I tried:
boot tethered
rejailbreak
rejailbreak on a dif computer
rejailbreak using IPSW
JB w .9.10b4
boot tethered w new version
plain restart

please help I'm at my wits end

Respring or reinstall Mobile Substrate in Cydia.

is quicker than trying other methods.

how do I reinstall mobile substrate? I didn't think that I could respiring without SB settings? Also if I open cydia all it says is preparing filesystem and never closes

don't mess with it, it can only get worse, just restore and rejailbreak.

I think some apps cause this. Happened to me when I tried to install WeatherFurilkOS4. Uninstalled it and problem solved. You must have installed something that did this.

Respring from SBSettings and that should fix it. It happens randomly to different icons so a simple respring from SBSettings and my icons come back.

becasue his cydia is a white icon



OP use the newest version of redsnow and restore your phone with itunes first

also i dont see Hard Reset listed in things you tried

Goto cydia and type in mobilesubstrate in the search.

Reinstall then respring, it should work after that.

He can't get into cydia. The only choice is to restore and rejailbreak.

hide cydia using sbsettings and then restart and then unhide. That will do it. Very simple. takes 2 resprings.
