"white glove repair"

    is this any diffrent than normal repair? do they just change the name to reassure the customer?

    Sounds like Apple's way of giving the most neediest of customers a little special treatment to keep them happy. All sounds silly to me.

    what, so it is going to be repaired by Michael Jackson?

    oh wait, it's white glove repair, not rhinestone-studded-white glove repair...

    hahaha

    i still think his early work "Thriller" and "Smooth Criminal" and "Billie Jean" is amazing.

    Ha Ha LoL Owned Nice call. I used to use gloves to repair laptops, but they were only the ones that people that let there kids watch movies on in the cars and then they spewed on them. YuK!

    If it's an Aluminium iMac then all service is "white glove." They're standard issue in the service pack with the suction cups and the sticky dust removing rolling thingy.
