White white. Some brownish:D

Touché. :)

Mine is definitely white white, but I'm a little concerned - I just uploaded a 2.5 minute video to YouTube over 3G, and the phone got REALLY warm during the 10 minute transfer ...

Vanilla white :) yummy and tasty!!!

As a practical matter, every white is an off-white to some degree, pure white is basically impossible. Just go look at one in the store and see if it is white enough for you...

I got two iPhone 3GS (32 GB) white ones the other day. I'd say they definitely look like a creamy white. The older iPhone 3G white was definitely more white. The plastic on the newer iPhone is different too. You can see it when you've seen the previous white model.
