Where are you guys getting this from?

just wondering where are the reliable sources and how how much i should be paying. Preferably complete with no messing with finding camera glass etc.

Also how easy is it to install/replace.

All I know is that they cost about $125 and are extremely easy to install. There are several forums about this.
