Yes

Yeah the black one sucks when it comes to fingerprints compared to the white iPhone 4.

My next iPhone will be white since I'm ocd about certain things:
- less fingerprints
- less heat absorbed from the sun
- matching charger / accessories

Do you actually have obsessive compulsive disorder? Even if you did, I doubt that you are 'ocd about heat absorption'

When I had my Nexus One awhile back I would check the battery heat alot and would see it rise to over 105* in the car while using gps which will kill the batteries ability to hold a charge if its that hot so ever since then I have been careful about letting my phone get hot outside or in the car.

Black absorbs more light/heat than the white one while in the car, hence another reason to go with white ;)

Also I can't stand cases and hate how the black one looks like **** when its covered with fingerprints (which happens no matter what) unlike the white version.

I have to agree about the heat and fingerprints. In the car, the phone not only looks horrible with finger prints but it also gets extremely hot.

Yea, it shows fingerprints and scratches alot more. But it's still more sleek and elite.

White one hurts my eyes a lot more when looking at the screen and I personally think it looks too girly.

Something that is handled hundreds, if not thousands, of times a week is going to get grimy either way. Black is sleeker and nicer looking and white is more interesting and unique. Pick your poison. ;)

They both look pretty bad after some use. My black one did accumulate fingerprints all over the place but nothing a wipe down can't fix. Just make a habit of cleaning your phone daily, it'll be fine no matter what color you choose.

Just upgraded to ipad2 and fingerprints dont show up as much on ipad1.

Maybe the glass has some anti fingerprint coating that will be reflected in the new iphone?

the black one definitely shows more finger prints and smudges.

i had the black one until the white one came out and switched

i noticed that the white home button starts to show dirt around the edges after only a months use, whereas the black home button you can't see it any dirt. the white plastic bezel around the screen also starts to very dirty. these things can only be noticed if you're really meticulous.

personally i like the white one and would never go back. good luck!
