This is incorrect, the White iPhone 4 is rumored to come out that date.
The model you refer to is known as the N94 which is an internal testing model, believed to be the next gen iPhone.
what a stupid thread. They're clearing referring to the phone in the article as iphone 4's but they author doesn't know what an apostrophe is.

Wrong. Everything, including your thoughts, are fantasy. None of it is real until Apple says it. Otherwise, all rumor, and none of you have a clue what you are talking about, including myself, when we make claims that "the next iphone will be" blah blah blah.
it's funny, apple takes their sweet time when upgrading the iphone. it worked well in the past when they owned the smartphone market, but they don't any longer. will they adapt to the new market/competition pressures or just go about their own marry way?
I say they're oblivious to the competition, especially when they delay their mid-cycle refresh by 4 months.

And additionally, I think the next iPhone will be called iPhone 5 cause if it was iPhone 4S, the 6th-generation iPhone would be called iPhone 5 and it doesn't make sense.

Actually, you wouldn't use an apostrophe to pluralize a number. An apostrophe is acceptable if there is a possible ambiguity. For instance, if the use of a capital S were in the title (4S versus 4s) then an apostrophe would be helpful, but not grammatically required.
