i'm torn between the two, white because its different and black because it looks seamless between the front and back AND because it looks as though it won't look dirty as quick.

it just looks strange to me because the back is white and the front is silver/black....now if it was white/silver on the front it would be different

Are you serious? Bringing other cultures into this? Give me a break. Lighten up. Every generation has slang that older generations can't stand and/or don't understand. Hell, I'm nearly 30 years old. Do I use "pimp" as an adjective? No. Do I get offended by it? No. Not to say I'm not surprised by the younger folk these days, but it's the circle of life. Just wait to see what the children of the "kids" these days are saying. The evolution of culture...

The White model looks sexy from the back, but when combined with the black frontage, it looks wrong.
Apple should had made the black frontage White also, then I would be ordering that, as it would've resembled the classic first gen iPod's.
So, it's a 100% 16gb black model in the next fortnight for me.

I still can't decide which I'd like. Hopefully I'll get a chance to see both in person first. But I still get the feeling that, whichever one I get, I'll always look at the other with regret.
I prefer white, looks more elegant and civilised.

Black iphone reminds me of a black Range Rover Sport with Chrome alloys, i.e vulgar and horrible.
