I've tried several apps and unfortunately I think they're mostly ad-scams. They don't actually block calls. Are there any apps that *actually* function as a white list?

I get like 3-4 junk calls a day, on weekends its as high as 8-10. Would really like to be able to get some silence back by just accepting calls from people I know.

Apps don't have permission to block calls on iOS. The only way is to use the built-in block feature.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately I don't know the numbers that are calling me. They're from call marketing companies that seem to generate many new numbers on a daily basis!

You're going to need a jailbreak to use a call blocking feature beyond the current built in one.
