You just got a notification? How long were you on the “preparing to ship” phase?
I went on my fedex app and it shows it. It switched to preparing to ship yesterday.
Huh, weird. I’m on the west coast, are you? Mine changed to preparing to ship on Friday but no notification, card was charged
I am in the Midwest. The Apple store app is still showing preparing to ship. But my FedEx shows it will be shipped on the 20th. From Lebanon, TN. Which I’ve got several Apple products from there so if I had to guess most of the magic keyboards are stateside already
Might be a dumb question but how are your tracking numbers showing up in your FedEx app? How is your FedEx account linked with your Apple ID? The only number I have is my Apple order number, is it possible to somehow locate my tracking number with that number?
It’s based off of your home address. You have to create a free login and every package that’s delivered to you via fedex will show up on the app or fedex.com
Oh wow, yeah mine has been "Preparing to ship" for days, I didn't think to look at FedEx because the iPad itself was using UPS. But FedEx says I have a shipment from Apple GEODIS arriving on the 21st
UPS has a similar feature, "Track and Manage Home Deliveries", aka "UPS My Choice".
On FedEx's website, go to Tracking->Manage Your Delivery->Manage Your Deliveries. It'll have you sign up for an account where you give your address and it'll show all FedEx shipments going to that address - you'll usually have to guess what the shipment is, though in this case it's from "Apple GEODIS" so at least you know it's something from Apple.

Nice thanks everyone for the tips, unfortunately I’m getting it delivered to my work so I can’t enroll in Delivery Manager

My MKB suddenly jumped to "shipped" today, and is expected to be delivered by 5PM tomorrow.

Has anyone been able to get fedex to deliver it to a pickup place? They give me errors every time I try
