My Iphone is stuck on white screen mode. I've followed Apples instructions to try to fix it and the tech who I talked to over the phone said that nothing could be done on my end and to send it in.
I did a system restore or whatever the fancy thing is in itunes to restore the settings and it seemed to work. My question is, will all of the redsnow/cydia software be off of my phone? I didn't see the icons in the last manage apps screen...which leads me to believe that it's fine, but I'm sure that someone on this forum who is a tech legend can affirm my suspicions?
Help is greatly appreciated, I have the Apple box sitting on my kitchen table but am looking for a second opinion before I send it away.
