White screen on iPhone 3GS

Hey guys, I'm having some problems with an iPhone 3GS.
It works on all but it has "white screen" problem.
I replaced the LCD but the problem persist.
Here is a photo of the iPhone:


I tried to hard reset with the combination of buttons (Home+Power and also Home+Power+VolUp) but without luck.

Anyone can help me?

I have the EXACT SAME PROBLEM with my iPod touch 2nd gen. Someone told me to let it run completely dead then try charging it to reset because of the hardware change. Mine is still trying to go dead so idk if this will work yet or not.

Maybe it's the wrong screen or a very low quality one?
