Whitesmoke virus?

Hi, well I've been trying to install a pirated copy of windows or get a pirated key to make my xp work but I managed to get a virus on the mac partition in doing so... not to mention putting the final nail in the coffin for trying to illegally download windows. (btw windows, I woulda bought 7 if you still had it for $30 for students 😡 )
Now the question is, how do I remove this virus? I went ahead and deleted my cache and history, am I good now?
