hi So Ive discovered a glitch; Im betting other people talked it over; I dont where they might have! It a-mounts to Safari offering to put my bookmark in a folder that I didnt want it in; that means the folders dont have any purpose; I want to save the bookmark to pretty much the one folder each time!

What's the glitch? It sounds like that's how it is supposed to work.

As Floris said, that is not a glitch and that is how it works, which is different from how bookmarking works in Chrome.

EDIT: I was wrong because I was posting from memory. Are you by any chance on the Mac OS Sierra Beta? Because I've seen in other threads that it is a known issue.

You can navigate to whichever bookmarks folder you want to save the new one to.
